What do we do?

We make flashings. A lot of them.

The bulk of LCMF production is custom flashings for contractors. By default, they come in 10ft pieces, (alternate sizes available by request) in primer white or white paint. These are to be either left white as-is or to be painted by the contractor/painter. Offering a generic color like white means we can keep cost down and provide you a LOT more lineal footage for your dollar.

Because everything LCMF produces is custom made to your spec, unit price depends on the complexity, finish/material, and order quantity.

That’s not the end of it

LCMF makes more than just flashings. We make parapet cap, fascia panels, flush mount panels, belly bands, sill pans, head flashing, AC unit tops, custom gutters, downspouts, collection boxes, window trim, kitchen counter tops, metal wrapped bar counters, chimney caps, awnings,  post wraps, custom decorative accents, and more.

What finishes can I choose?

Copper

Copper looks good when it’s new, but like a fine wine, only gets better with age. LCMF uses only raw copper that will patina and age. This material is hugely popular for custom gutters, counter tops, artisan projects, etc.

Stainless Steel

Stainless steel is just as its name implies – stainless. It maintains its beautiful, shiny appearance as it ages. It’s hypoallergenic, non-conductive, very strong, and is very popular for a wide range of uses from counter tops to flashings. Stainless steel is one of the few metals that can be mated to just about anything without causing electrolysis.

Galvanized Steel

Galvanized steel is zinc plated mild steel, and like stainless steel, is very rust resistant. It’s inexpensive, requires no maintenance, has a long life, and has a very tough coating. Think of a nickel, which is also zinc coated.  

Primer / Prepainted Custom Color

LCMF can produce metal products in a variety of factory colors and finishes to match or compliment your existing project. Choosing a primered finish instead of a ‘finished’ custom color ideal for applications to be painted by others.
